Refund policy

 At Maison on Main, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase date with receipt. We offer exchange or store credit only. We do not accept returns for a refund, unless it is deemed faulty. 

If you decide to return items for exchange or credit, it is up to you to return in new condition, complete with tags and in original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Once we have received and reviewed the items, we will contact you to organise an exchange or credit.

Return shipping costs are not covered. If you are returning items, we recommend purchasing a tracked service.

Sales items are final, no return or exchange unless faulty.
